O2 Cell Not at Temperature Hold then Lockout
Both parameters "P2.3.4 Low O2 Lockout Option" and "P2.3.8 Oxygen Malfunction Lockout Option" are enabled and an O
2
analyzer cell temperature error was detected that could cause a false O
2
reading.
O2 Cell T/C Cold Junction Sensor Error Hold then Lockout
Both parameters "P2.3.4 Low O2 Lockout Option" and "P2.3.8 Oxygen Malfunction Lockout Option" are enabled and an O
2
analyzer T/C cold junction error was detected that could cause a false O
2
reading.
O2 Impedance Relay Malfunction Hold then Lockout
Both parameters "P2.3.4 Low O2 Lockout Option" and "P2.3.8 Oxygen Malfunction Lockout Option" are enabled and an O
2
analyzer impedance test relay error was detected that could cause a false O
2
reading.
O2 Trim In Manual Mode during PreStart Lockout
O
2
Trim was enabled and in manual control mode during safe start check. Manual mode must be disabled by a technician from
Main Menu > Tuning > Oxygen Trim.
Parameter Error: <Parameter Name> Lockout
Safe Start Check. The value of <parameter name> is outside the min/max range or the value violated a rule shown in the note
section of this parameter.
Power Failure Lockout
Loss of AC power. Burner lockout occurred due to parameter "P1.2.9 Power Fail Response". This Parameter can be set to
recycle or lockout.
PTFI Pilot Flame Failure Lockout
Flame proven contact at terminal FR opened during pilot trial for ignition (PTFI).
Purge Interlocks Open > 30 sec Lockout
Purge interlock, at terminal 8 not made for more than 30 seconds during the purge cycle.
Purge Positions Not Veried Hold then Lockout
If the purge output position (curve point) isn't veried, the burner will hold at purge, waiting for the position to be veried by the
technician. The purge position can only be veried during boiler purge mode.
Running Interlocks Open Hold then Lockout
The running interlock is not made when it should be.
Safety Relay Did Not Make Lockout
Internal fuel bus safety relay did not make. Consult factory for repairs.
Safety Relay Did Not Open Lockout
Internal fuel bus safety relay did not open. Possible welded contacts due to overloading or direct short to ground. Consult
factory for repairs.
Safety Shutoff Closed When Firing Lockout
The safety shutoff valve (SSOV) proof of closure interlock closed. SSOV must be open during MTFI, released to modulate,
and ALFCO.
Safety Shutoff Not Closed Lockout
The safety shutoff valve (SSOV) proof of closure interlock is open. SSOV must be closed during standby, safe start, prestart,
purge, and PTFI.
Servo # A/D Error Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) detected an A/D error that can cause an incorrect servo position feedback. Can be caused by electrical noise or
a malfunction. If the error re-occurs, repair/replace the servo.
Servo # Address / Daisy Chain Error Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) address does not match its position in the daisy chain. Check the addresses of each servo. The servo with address
A0 is wired to the FlexFit; the servo with address A1 is wired to A0; the servo with address A2 is wired to A1, etc.
Servo # CC Comm Failure Hold then Lockout
The CC is reporting that servo # (0-6) is not communicating with the FlexFit. Check the wiring.
Servo # Closed Limit data doesn't match CC Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) data is OK but doesn't match the previous setup. Servos may have been swapped. Re-seek limit switch positions.
