Servo # Cong Data Bad Hold then Lockout
Data was corrupted by electrical noise. Eliminate the source of the noise. Re-zero, seek limits, and reenter conguration data.
Servo # Cong data doesn't match CC Hold then Lockout
Servo data is OK but doesn't match the previous setup. Servos may have been swapped. Zero servo, seek limits, and reverify
all curve points.
Servo # Data doesn't match CC Hold then Lockout
Servo data does not match the CC; a more specic reason is not available. Servos may have been swapped. Zero servo, seek
limits, and reverify all curve points. If the problem persists, please contact Preferred Instruments.
Servo # Deadband Data Bad Hold then Lockout
Data was corrupted (possibly by electrical noise) Set the proper servo deadband.
Servo # Desired / Observed Direction Mismatch Hold then Lockout
Servo CW/CCW motor wires swapped or potentiometer CW/CCW wires were swapped. Correct wiring, zero servo, seek limits,
and reverify all curve points.
Servo # Entered CCW Forbidden Zone Hold then Lockout
Servo has been driven too far CCW, past the active portion of the feedback potentiometer range of travel. Remove J11 in the
servo and jog the servo CW until servo feedback is normal. Adjust CCW servo limit switch. Seek limits again.
Servo # Entered CW Forbidden Zone Hold then Lockout
Servo has been driven too far CW, past the active portion of the feedback potentiometer range of travel. Remove J11 in the
servo and jog the servo CCW until servo feedback is normal. Adjust CW servo limit switch. Seek limits again.
Servo # Failed To Learn Closed Limit Position Hold then Lockout
When seeking limits, the closed limit position was not learned. Check for binding and seek limits again. If the problem persists,
replace the servo.
Servo # Failed To Learn Open Limit Position Hold then Lockout
When seeking limits, the open limit position was not learned. Check for binding and seek limits again. If the problem persists,
replace the servo.
Servo # Incompatible Software Version Hold then Lockout
The servo # (0-6) software version is not compatible with the CC board. The burner will not start. Please contact the factory.
Servo # Limits Data Bad Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) has minimum and/or maximum limit rule violations.
"Min Fuel" limit must be within -30 to 45 degrees
"Max Fuel" limit must be within 15 to 200 degrees
"Max Fuel" - "Min Fuel" span must be between 15 and 180 degrees
Servo # Limits Span Is Too Large Hold then Lockout
Limit switches are set too far apart. Must be < 180 deg.
Servo # Limits Span Is Too Small Hold then Lockout
Limit switches are set too close together. Must be > 15 deg.
Servo # Local Override Jumper J11 Missing Hold then Lockout
Re-install the jumper J11 on the servo circuit board for normal operation.
Servo # Lost Communication Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) is not communicating with the FlexFit CC board. Check the wiring.
Servo # Needs Seek Limits Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) has not learned its limit switch positions; seek limits.
Servo # Needs Zero Cal Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) has not been calibrated for zero position. Zero servo, seek limits, and reverify all curve points.
Servo # Not Positioning Hold then Lockout
The servo reported that it has left positioning mode. Check the wiring and check for binding. If the problem persists, replace
the servo.
Servo # Open Limit data doesn't match CC Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) Data is OK but doesn't match the previous setup. Servos may have been swapped. Re-seek limit switch positions.
