Servo # Pot Reference Voltage Out of Range Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) detected a potentiometer voltage error that can cause an incorrect servo position feedback. Can be caused by
electrical noise or a malfunction. If the error re-occurs, repair/replace the servo.
Servo # Pot Wiper Voltage Too High Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) detected a potentiometer voltage error that can cause an incorrect servo position feedback. Can be caused by
electrical noise or a malfunction. If the error re-occurs, repair/replace the servo.
Servo # Pot Wiper Voltage Too Low Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) detected a potentiometer voltage error that can cause an incorrect servo position feedback. Can be caused by
electrical noise or a malfunction. If the error re-occurs, repair/replace the servo.
Servo # Potentiometer Alignment Changed Hold then Lockout
Both the open and closed limit switch positions did not match the previously learned positions during the burner prestart servo
check. Potentially dangerous situation; check for linkage slipping; re-seek servo limits and carefully bring the burner up from
low to high re, checking ring rate/valve position/servo feedback against combustion constituent (i.e., Oxygen) levels; verify
normal operation.
Servo # Seek Aborted - Servo Reported Error Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) lost communication or reported an error during seek limits.
Servo # Seek Mode Failure Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) failed to seek limits. A more specic reason is not available.
Servo # Servo Check or Seek Limits Aborted By User Hold then Lockout
Lockout: User pressed a servo button set (UP or DOWN) during a safe start servo check.
Non-lockout: User pressed a servo button set (UP or DOWN) button or the LCD ABORT during servo seek limits.
Servo # Servo Data Unveried Hold then Lockout
The CC could not verify servo # (0-6) address, limits, data. A more specic reason is not available...
Servo # Speed Out of Range, Seek Limits Req'd Hold then Lockout
The speed measured during seek limits must be between 13 sec/90 deg and 80 sec/90 deg. Check for binding. Re-seek limits.
Servo # Unknown Servo Error Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) Something unexpected occurred to the servo. Cycle power and if the problem persists, replace the servo.
Servo # Zero Cal data doesn't match CC Hold then Lockout
Servo # (0-6) Data is OK but doesn't match the previous setup. Servos may have been swapped. Re-zero the servo.
Servo # Zero Data Bad Hold then Lockout
Data was corrupted (electrical noise, etc.) Re-zero servo.
Servo # Zero Is Near Open, Zero Cal Req'd Hold then Lockout
0.0 degrees must be closer to the closed limit switch position than to the open limit switch position. Re-zero the servo.
Servo Cong Menu: Servo Function Error Lockout
The LCD Congure Servos sub-menu has a function error: the same function is assigned to more than one servo, an address
was skipped, or an illegal function was assigned.
Start Limits Open Recycling Limit
Should the recycle limit circuit open at any time during a normal sequence, the FlexFit will conduct an orderly shutdown and
revert to the standby state. The burner will automatically restart when the recycle limit closes.
Too Few Curve Points Hold then Lockout
A minimum of three valid curve points must be entered and veried. Enter and verify more points via the Curve Commissioning
menus.
Unveried Curve Points Hold then Lockout
One of the curve points is not veried. Via the Curve Commissioning menus, determine which point(s) are not veried and
verify (or edit) these points.
