ADJUSTMENTS - BOX POWER UNWIND

AIR PRESSURE
This adjustment will reduce the amount of pressure
the Pinch Roller has against the Drive Roller of the
Unwind.
1. Attach air to the machine.
2. Lift the cap on the Pressure Regulator on the un-
wind.
3. Rotate cap to desired pressure. The pressure is
set at 50psi at the factory.
4. Push cap down to lock in place.
PINCH ROLLER CLOSING SPEED
1. Attach air to the machine.
2. Turn the Toggle Switch from OPEN to CLOSE
while adjusting the Flow Controls until desired
speed is achieved.
