PROMISE Technology’s Pegasus3 R8, R6 and R4 are direct attached storage (DAS) solutions for
externalstoragetargetedforsmallandmediumbusiness(SMB)users,smallofce/homeofce
(SOHO) users, and digital Audio and Video production professionals.
Pegasus3 models (R4, R6, R8) are operationally compatible with the original release Pegasus R4 and
R6 models. Use the latest version of the Pegasus Utility to monitor the Pegasus3 status and perform
maintenance and management functions. The latest version of the Pegasus Utility can also be used for
the original release of Pegasus and Pegasus2.
