Troubleshooting Library “Not Ready” Messages
Quantum Scalar i40 and Scalar i80 User’s Guide 319
If the library displays a “not ready” message, you may be able to tell
from the message how to remedy the situation. If not, the library
generates a diagnostic ticket whenever the library encounters a
problem. The diagnostic ticket may provide information that can help
you troubleshoot the problem. For more information, see
About
Diagnostic Tickets on page 312. The library “not ready” messages
include the following, with possible solutions listed:
Message Resolution
Library is not ready The library is initializing and becoming
ready
. Wait for the library to finish
initialization.
Library is becoming ready Wait for the library to finish
in
itialization.
Library is not initialized Most likely a problem with the robot.

Check the diagnostic ticket and

Power cycle the library to clear the
error
