To set the section control aggressiveness:
1. Touch the Section Status Area on the main screen.
2. From the Section Control Setup screen, touch Next until the Section Control Aggressiveness screen is
displayed.
3. Toggle the Section Control Aggressiveness on or off by selecting the radio button on the screen.
4. Touch OK to accept the aggressiveness setting and return to the main screen.
Section Control Zone Mapping
Automatic section control may be set up to operate based on a variety of different map features that define
application zones. The Section Control Setup screen allows the operator to select the desired method of
operation for the automatic section control feature.
The following methods are available for setting up or creating a zone map:
• Standard Section Control
• Create Section Control No-Apply Map
• Load Section Control No-Apply Map
• Create Map from Field Boundary
Standard Section Control Method
The standard method uses the Viper Pro coverage or as-applied map to determine section control. The
automatic section control feature will automatically turn off sections if they enter into a previously applied area.
An Rx map may be used to further control operation in this mode. If the standard section control mode is
selected, no additional setup is required.
