Once a zone is created, it can be viewed on the Scout tab and on the Section Control tab. The Section
Control tab will show all finished zones as well as allow the operator to create the finished zone map when
all zones have been defined.
Note: Any area not defined will default to an apply zone. However, if the create boundary selection has
been checked, it is important to create the outer boundary of the field as an apply zone.
If an existing field boundary has been selected for use in a job with the section control feature
enabled, the selected field boundary will be displayed in the Map area. The operator may still
define additional zones if necessary for the job.
Once all the apply and no-apply zones are created, select the Section Control tab and touch the Create
Map button.
The apply and no-apply zones previously created will be converted to an apply/no-apply zone map. The
previously created apply and no-apply zones will be removed from the Scout tab and will appear as an
apply/no-apply map. This map is now available by selecting the Section Control tab. The zones will be
colored according to their type and the default colors previously selected for apply and no-apply zones.
Note: The Create Map button will only appear when at least one zone has been defined and when there
are no zones in the process of being defined.
