Do the following.
1. Check whether the bottom plate has been attached in the correct orientation (do the
Confirmation procedure below).
2. If the bottom plate is not in the correct orientation, do one of the Reassembly procedures
below.
Confirmation procedure
1. Open the tandem tray.
2. Remove the right tray from the machine (screws x 2).
3. Rotate the shaft clockwise and lift up the bottom plate to the top position.
