5. Click "Save" to store your settings.
The editor panel disappears automatically.
Configuring the Zones of the Windows Clients
1. Navigate to "LAN > Ethernet Zones" .
2.
In the item list bar, click
next to a zone that is supposed to provide Windows cli-
ents with SSO capabilities.
The "Ethernet Zone" editor panel opens.
3. On the "General" tab, clear the "Enable DNS Cache" checkbox.
4. Click the "DHCP Server" tab.
5. Under "DNS Servers" , enter the IP address of the domain controller as the primary
DNS server.
6. Click "Save" to store your settings.
The editor panel disappears automatically. The edited zone is highlighted on the
desktop.
7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 for every zone that is supposed to provide Windows clients
with SSO capabilities.

Click "
Activate" in the toolbar at the top of the desktop to apply your configura-
tion changes.
Configuring a Custom Host
1. Navigate to "Nodes > Custom Hosts" .
2.
In the item list bar, click
to add a new custom host.
The "Custom Host" editor panel opens.
3. Enter a unique "Name" for the custom host. The name must consist of at least
three alphanumeric characters (allowed are letters of the English alphabet, inte-
gers, dashes, and underscores).
4. Enter the "IP Address" of the domain controller in CIDR notation.
5. Click "Create" .
The editor panel disappears automatically. The custom host is added as a node on
the desktop and highlighted.
Setting up the Connection and Configuring Firewall Rules
1.
Click in the toolbar at the top of the desktop to establish a connection between
the zone of a Windows client and the domain controller.
2. Select the zone of the Windows client.
