CHECKING THE DOCUMENT IN THE PUBLIC BOX
You can check the document stored in the machine's memory box (public box) for memory polling.

Tap the [Once] key or [Unlimited] key to specify the number of times.
To repeat transmitting an original, tap the [Unlimited] key.
After the settings are completed, tap and .

Tap the [Start] key to start scanning of the original.
• When you use the auto document feeder to scan an original, a preview of the image will appear in the touch panel
when the original is scanned.
• If you inserted the original pages in the document feeder tray, all pages are scanned.
• When you place the original on the document glass, scan each page one at a time.
When scanning finishes, place the next original and tap the [Start] key. Repeat the procedure until all pages have
been scanned and then tap the [Read-End] key.

Tap the [Detail] key to change to normal mode.

Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [Memory Box] key.

Tap the [Polling Memory] tab.

Tap the [Public Box] key from the folder list.
If a document is stored in the public box, is displayed.

Tap the [Image Check] on the action panel to check the document.
To print the document, tap the [Print] key on the action panel.
