use one of the following alternatives:
• two deflector mirrors PSK45 (see section 11.3.9 “Deflector mirror PSK45” on page 89)
or
• one mirror column (part number: 1027265, see section 12.5 “Deflector mirrors and
mirror columns” on page 97)
