"DIAG" LED
State Meaning
Lights up green
Device exchanging data with the IO controller.
Flashes green
• The 3RW5 soft starter is not con󹪝gured.
• The 3RW5 communication module is starting.
• The 3RW5 communication module is being parameterized.
• Factory settings are being restored.
Lights up red
Hardware or 󹪝rmware defective.
Flashes red
• Group error (only if the 3RW5 communication module is malfunctioning)
• Switchover from old to new 󹪝rmware after 󹪝rmware update (󹪞ashes brief‐
ly)
