Standard speed. The steps are 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%,
80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 105%, 110%, 115%, 120%
• bit 6 = 1, bit 7 = 0
Two times the standard speed. The steps are 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%,
90%, 100%, 110%, 120%
