• Sample gas concentration too high
• Sample gas pressure too high / out-
side pressure correction range
• Check the sample gas concentration
and the sample gas pressure. If nec-
essary, carry out a span gas calibra-
tion.

ature not in permissible
range.
• Device is operated outside the permit-
ted ambient temperature range
• Check the ambient temperature of the
analyzer
