6 - 46 Replacing boards / replacing components
Belt of the actual value potentiometer for orbital movement 6
Move the C-arm orbitally into the -95° end position.
The orbital limit switch on the tube unit side is actuated.
Loosen the two fastening screws of the actual value potentiometer on the front of the
coupling unit, but do not unscrew them (1/Fig. 23).
Take the toothed belt off the pulleys.
Place the new toothed belt on the pulleys.
Tension the belt: The toothed belt should be tight, but without any mechanical tension.
Retighten the two fastening screws.
Setting the actual value potentiometer for C-arm orbital movement 6
The C-arm is in the -95° position. See note.
Loosen the Allen screw of the large pulley (2/Fig. 23).
Using a screwdriver, turn the actual value potentiometer counterclockwise to the end
stop (Fig. 24).
Then turn it clockwise two turns.
Retighten the Allen screw of the large pulley.
Perform the mechanical settings as described in the Startup Instructions, Chapter 6.

Only applies to SIREMOBIL Iso-C 3D.
Prior to setting the actual value potentiometer the C-arm must be
in the orbital -95° position (The orbital limit switch on the tube
side is actuated). If this is not yet the case, loosen the Allen screw
of the large pulley before moving the C-arm (2/Fig. 23) to prevent
overturning of the actual value potentiometer.
