Emergency off switch 7
• Loosen the cover above the horizontal carriage.
• Unsolder the emergency off switch.
• Replace the emergency off switch.
• Solder the wires on the emergency off switch.
• Reinstall the cover on the horizontal carriage.
• Check functioning of the emergency off switch.
- Emergency off switch pressed: vertical lift must not be possible.
- Emergency off switch released: vertical lift must be possible.
Lubricating the lifting column 7
Lubricate the spindle of the lifting column and the mounting of the guide cylinder once a
year.
Spindle 7
• Lubricate the spindle with approximately 10 - 20 ml of "Optimol, Optipit" special oil.
Guide cylinder 7
• Grease the guide cylinder with approximately 5 - 10 ml of special bearing grease
"Slick Pac PTFE" .
• Then move the lifting column through the entire travel range twice to ensure that the
grease is evenly distributed.
