Saving trace files 4
• Insert an empty formatted floppy disk in drive A of the Syngo PC.
• In Syngo select the "local service" menu and enter the service key.
• Activate the button "Copy Trace to Drive A" (see Fig. 1).
• All available trace files are copied onto the floppy disk as Zip file.
On occurrence of an error the trace is filed date and time as Zip
file in the operating system on drive C:\trace\trace_Vxxx_####.zip

In the copying process, all already available older files are also
copied until a floppy disk is full, but the youngest always first.
Vxxx = SW-Version, e.g. VB00A; #### = error number, e.g. 1136
