Saving current trace files directly after display of an error 4
• Each time the system is switched on a trace file SPETrace_00.TRC is created and writ-
ten and filed under the drive C:\Trace\SPETrace_00.TRC.
The current error trace can be saved via "local service" Utilities, source, "escape to OS".
• Insert an empty formatted floppy disk in drive A of the Syngo PC.
• In Syngo select the "local service" menu and enter the password.
• Activate the "Utilities" button.
• Under Source activate "Escape to OS".
• In the Parameters line enter "copy C:\traces\*.trc A:" and then activate the "Go" button.
The trace files are copied to floppy disk.
• Wait until the confirmation is displayed in the window.
