The Power Analyze application enables quick and easy analysis on switching power
supply efficiency and reliability.
Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) Block Diagram and Types of Measurements
The Power Analyze application can facilitate:
 Measuring switching loss and conduction loss at the switching device
 Analyzing dI/dt and dV/dt slew rate
 Automating the oscilloscope setup for ripple measurements
 Performing pre-compliance testing to IEC 61000-3-2 standards
 Analyzing line power with total harmonic distortion, real power, apparent power,
power factor tests
 Analysis on modulation using the on-time information of a Pulse Width Modulation
(PWM) signal
The Power Analyze application license, along with the oscilloscope, high-voltage
