The cuts illustrated on the right cannot coexist. With regard to the cut
that originated the message<NON-FEASIBLE COMBINATION> it can
be seenthat between the two deep cuts (8) and the constantangle
(100°) the intermediate cut (0) would beremoved.
This happens when the cutting angle N (Normal) is notmade variable
by means of the type of cut L (Laser), parameter that can be selected
from a PC program.
Fig. 70
The new drawing of the key shows how for the samecutting process
(80846) the cutting angles areautomatically calculated by the
conjunction of thecutting base with a straight line.
This aspect, admissible with certain car keys, is morecommonly known
as ‘the ideal cutting line’.
ATTENTION: in this example it can be seen that the ßangle is less
than 45°. This could cause seriousproblems with a lock, making
itdifcultorimpossibletoplacethekeyintothecylinderor
remove it.
