Menu structure
The menu field contains different menu buttons with the
following structure:

1 The upper menu button indicates the sonar in operation.
2 The second menu button is used for display mode selection.
3 The next section is used for menu indexes which normally
are different for the each display mode.
4 The lower section is used for the Status menu.
