Remove the steering cover by unscrewing the re-
taining screws.

Unscrew the screws no. 2 to detach the brake
lever from steering wheel.

Place a container under Banjo bolt no. 3 then un-
screw it. Discard the sealing rings no. 4.
Installation
The installation is the reverse of removal proce-
dure. Pay attention to the following.
Always use new sealing rings no. 4 during instal-
lation.
Install clamp no. 5 with its arrow pointing at down-
wards. Tightento8N•m(71lbf•in) lower screw
before upper one.

2. Tighten lower screw first
Bleed the brake system. Refer to BLEEDING.
