Code Description Cause Troubleshooting
186-M2 ERR WAIT MOT.P STILL
If DC PUMP option is set to ON, before
switching on the LC the software expects
the voltage on -P output to be at a
determined steady state value. If the
voltage is different, it could be due to the
fact that the motor connected to -P is not
still. For this reason, the software waits
30 seconds for the voltage to settle at
a steady state value (and for the pump
motor to be still).
After this time, the software assumes that
the problem is not due to the fact that
the pump motor is not still, and rises the
PUMP VMN
NOT OK alarm.
If the motor connected to -P is still
moving, just wait for it to be still.
If nothing is wrong with the pump
motor, replace the controller.
187-CTRL ERR LIFT+LOWER
Both the LIFT and LOWER requests are
active at the same time.
Check the joystick and its state.
Check the joystick state readings by
the TESTER function. Replace the
joystick.
188-CTRL ERR INT. CANBUSKO
The internal communication between the
two microcontrollers is not working.
Replace the controller.
189-SEQUENCE PUMP INC START
Incorrect starting sequence for the pump
section. Possible reasons for this alarm
are:

A lift demand active at key-on.
▪
A lift demand active with tiller or
seat input inactive.
Check the joystick and its state.
Replace the joystick.
190-CTRL ERR
PUMP VMN NOT
OK
If DC PUMP option is set to ON, before
switching on the LC, the voltage on
-P output is expected to be at a given
steady state value. If the voltage is
different, it could be due to the fact
that the pump motor is not still. For this
reason, the software waits 30 seconds
for the voltage to settle at a steady
state value (and for the pump motor to
be still). After this interval, the software
assumes that the problem is not due to
the fact that the pump motor is not still,
and rises the PUMP VMN
NOT OK alarm.
Check the motor connections. Check
the motor power cables.
Check the motor leakage to the truck
frame. Replace the controller.
191-A1 ERR
PUMP VACC NOT
OK
At start up or before any lift/lower
request, the joystick analogue reference
is above the minimum programmed
value.
Repeat the acquiring procedure of
MIN LIFT and MAX LIFT. Check the
joystick and its state.
Check the joystick readings by the
TESTER function.
Replace the joystick.
