PUMP VACC
RANGE
The joystick lift/lower analogue reference
is out of the allowed range.
Repeat the acquiring procedure of
MIN LIFT and MAX LIFT and of MIN
LIFT and MAX LIFT.
Check the joystick and its state.
Check the joystick readings by the
TESTER function.
Replace the joystick.
193-CTRL ERR SMARTDRIVER KO
Hardware problem in the circuit for the
management of smart driver. The driver
is turned ON but the output voltage does
not increase.
Replace the controller.
194-CTRL ERR AU BATT. SHORT.
The voltage on output PEVP A29 is at
high value even if it should not.
The parameter POSITIVE E.B. has to
be set in accordance with the hardware
conguration, because the software
makes a proper diagnosis depending
on the parameter; a wrong setting could
generate a false fault. This alarm can
only appear if POSITIVE E.B. is set 1
(PEB from TILLER/SEAT).
Replace the controller.
195-BRK 1 ERR
POS. EB.
SHORTED
The voltage on terminal PEVP A29 is at
the high value even if the smart driver is
turned OFF.
Check relay 30ACR in lower control
box, lowering coil and harness. If no
problems found, replace controller
196-M1 ERR MOT.PHASE SH.
Short circuit between two motor phases.
The hexadecimal value "XX" identies the
shorted phases:
36: U - V short circuit
37: U - W short circuit
38: V - W short circuit
Verify the motor phases connection
on the motor side. Verify the motor
phases connection on the inverter
side. Check the motor power cables.
Replace the controller.
If the alarm does not disappear, the
problem is in the motor. Replace it.
197-CTRL ERR
WRONG SLAVE
VER.
There is a mismatch in the software
versions of Master and supervisor
microcontrollers.
Upload the software to the correct
version or ask for assistance to a
Zapi technician.
198-CTRL ERR
M/S PAR CHK
MISM
At start-up there is a mismatch in
the parameter checksum between
the Master and the supervisor
microcontrollers.
Restore and save again the
parameters list.
199-CTRL ERR PARAM TRANSFER
Master microcontroller is transferring
parameters to the supervisor.
Wait until the end of the procedure. If
the alarm remasters longer, cycle the
power.
200-CTRL ERR
VDC OFF
SHORTED
The logic board measures a voltage
value across the DC-link that is
constantly out of range, above the
maximum allowed value.
Check that the battery has the same
nominal voltage of the inverter.
Check the battery voltage, if it is out
of range replace the battery.
If the battery voltage is ok, replace
the controller.
201-M1 ERR TORQUE PROFILE
There is an error in the choice of the
torque prole parameters.
Check the values of those
parameters under HARDWARE
SETTINGS and SLV HARDWARE
SETTINGS lists.
