10. Fully lower the mast onto the chassis.
11. Lubricate the four wear pads and the four corners
all the way down the mast.
12. Repeat steps 2 through 11 for mast 2 (SJ12 E) or
both 3 and 2 (SJ16/20 E).
Install the outer mast and bottom wear pads
1. Use hoist rings on opposite corners and lifting
straps to put mast 1 over mast 2.
2. Keep mast 1 partially raised so the bottom of the
mast is visible.
3. Use new thread rolling screws (10-32 x 3/8”)to
attach two new thin and short wear pads (234169)
to the rear of the mast on the inside.
