When the up or down deviation for each floor are similar, use leveling adjustment parameter
to adjust leveling, when there are individual layers are not allowed, use leveling micro adjustment
parameters to adjust. Specific steps are as follows:
1) when elevator express car goes up, stop at n landings randomly，after stop measure the
deviation of car and the hall door ground，car above hall door is positive，below the hall door is
negative and recorded。After completion of the data together and averaged Xup, if Xup is positive,
then the tracking parameters leveling down Xup; Otherwise, move absolute value of Xup.
Similarly, flat layer of tracking down the steps above.
2) after leveling adjustment，elevator express car goes up stop each landing，measure the
deviation of the car and the hall door ground，car above hall door is positive，below the hall door
is negative. If deviation value is positive，this landing‗s up leveling micro adjustment down
deviation value, or else up。
Notice ：if the elevator has door-opening and releveling function，leveling micro adjustment
cannot be used，Only by way of knock flapper
2. Car switch self-study：
when F68 is 1 open this function，or else don‘t open this function
1) Learning content including: front / rear door switch in place, front / rear safety edge, front /
rear curtain NO/NC, over/full/light load switch normally open/normally closed, if there is the door
lock relay testing.
2) stop elevator at door zone，make sure door lock and there is no people or something
hindering door self-study. Operator ‗intelligentize‘—>‗NO/NC teach‘ begin switch input
self-study，in inspection mode
3) when door locked，According to front / rear door switch in place and the touch panel and
the light curtain safety input status, can learn front / rear door switch in place, safe touch panel
screens normally open and normally closed
4) Elevator door open and open the door in place, make sure the lift without any load, the
status of over, full, light load state of the switch determine over, full, light load switch NO/NC
state; if there is a change at door lock relay, you need to set the parameters detecting door lock
relays.
5) elevator door close， quit self-study after door closed in place，self-study done。
3. Quickly upload and download parameter：
Hand-held operator connect to computer‘s USB port through mini USB port，enter <my
computer> newly increased disk，first operation Please formatting；
1) In the new disk root directory，Create New Folder，name ―para‖。
