Fault signal from water detector
board (B15).
1. Sensor short-circuit
2. Moisture or water in sensor
Check sensor for short-circuit.
Dry sensor.
C7000:
Fire alarm
Fire alarm input has been
interrupted.
Fire alarm system is reporting a fire 1. Check fire alarm system.
2. If no fire alarm system is present, bypass the
terminal (see circuit diagram).
C7000:
Error in filter 1
Fault signal from differential
pressure switch.
Clogged filter Clean filter.
C7000:
Airflow failure 1
Fault signal from airflow diffe-
rential pressure switch.
1. Faulty fan motor. Speed too low.
2. Very clogged air filter.
3. Hoses to flow monitor clogged
or kinked.
Check fan voltage continuity and nominal
current.
Mechanically jammed fan?
Check air filter.
Clean hoses and inspect for kinks.
C7000:
Fan failure 1
Fault signal from airflow diffe-
rential pressure switch.
Unit is open. Close unit, check hose.
C7000:
Sensor # error
The mean value tolerance
adjustable in the controller has
been exceeded.
1. Major measured value discrepan-
cies in selected measuring range.
2. Faulty sensor.
Check area for hot or cold spots and damp
zones.
Check measured value with an external
instrument.
C7000:
Sensor # faulty
The measured voltage/current
is outside the range defined in
the controller.
1. Faulty electrical connection.
2. Faulty sensor cable.
3. Faulty sensor.
Check connections.
Check cable continuity.
Check measured value using an external ther-
mometer, hygrostat or pressure gage.
C7000:
Outdoor unit error
Outdoor unit error (outdoor unit
alarm).
Alarm relay on Interface III k
board has been triggered.
Fault in MHI unit. Read out the error via the wired remote control
or the 7-segment display of the Interface III k
board.
C7000:
The master switch
symbol appears on
the display
Remote On/Off is enabled. Building services management
(BMS) system has switched the EC
Tower via the remote contact.
See circuit diagram: Bridge terminals X4/1 and
X4/2 in junction box 1.
C7000:
Humidifier 1 error
Fault signal from CPY controller
of steam humidifier (K70).
Fault in humidifier unit. Read out the LED flash code on the CPY cont-
roller of the steam humidifier to identify the fault
(see Steam humidifier OEM User Manual, page
181 ff.).
Further alarms may occur, depending on the options configured in the controller.
# stands for a number when there are several components of the same type.
