• Apply thread lock on the starter clutch bolts and
tighten them to the specified torque.
Tightening torque
Starter clutch bolt: 26 N·m (2.6 kgf-m, 19.0 lb-ft)
: Thread lock cement 99000–32050
(THREAD LOCK CEMENT 1342 or equivalent)
CAUTION
!
After installing the starter driven gear, check
that the clutch functions properly.
