Removal
1) Drain clutch fluid. Refer to “Clutch Fluid
Replacement (Page 5C-4)”.
2) Disconnect the clutch lever position switch lead
wires (1).

1. Push rod 7. Push rod : 6 N⋅m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.5 lb-ft)
2. Piston/Cup set 8. Clutch release cylinder set : Apply brake fluid.
3. Clutch hose 9. Air bleeder : Apply grease.
4. Reservoir cap [A]: For GSF650 : Apply silicone grease.
5. Plate [B]: For GSF650S : Do not reuse.
6. Diaphragm : 23 N⋅m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
