Combination Meter Removal and Installation

GSF650/AK7
Removal
1) Remove the combination meter mounting bolts from
steering stem upper bracket.
2) Remove the headlight. Refer to “Headlight Removal
and Installation (GSF650/S/A/SAK7) in Section 9B
(Page 9B-2)”.
3) Disconnect the combination meter couplers and
remove the combination meter assembly (1).
Installation
Install the combination meter in the reverse order of
removal.
GSF650S/SAK7
Removal
1) Removal the meter panel (1) by loosen the two bolts.
2) Disconnect the combination meter coupler and
remove the combination meter assembly.
3) Remove the combination meter (2).
Installation
Install the combination meter in the reverse order of
removal.
NOTE
Fix the boor of the combination meter
coupler properly.

Disassembly
Disassemble the combination meter as shown in the
combination meter components. Refer to “Combination

Assembly
Assemble the combination meter as shown in the
combination meter components. Refer to “Combination
Meter Components (GSF650/S/A/SAK7) (Page 9C-3)”.
