Rear Combination Light Removal and
Installation

Removal
1) Remove the seat tail cover. Refer to “Exterior Parts
Removal and Installation (GSF650/S/A/SAK7) in
Section 9D (Page 9D-6)”.
2) Remove the rear combination light (1) from the seat
tail cover.
Installation
Install the rear combination right in the reverse order of
removal. Pay attention to the following point:
• Tighten the rear combination light mounting bolts to
the specified torque.
Tightening torque
Rear combination light mounting bolt: 2 N·m (0.2
kgf-m, 1.5 lbf-ft)
Brake Light Bulb / Taillight Bulb Replacement

CAUTION
!
If you touch the bulb with your bare hands,
clean the bulb with a cloth moistened with
alcohol or soapy water to prevent premature
bulb failure.
1) Remove the seat. Refer to “Exterior Parts Removal
and Installation (GSF650/S/A/SAK7) in Section 9D
(Page 9D-6)”.
2) Remove the tool set (1).
3) Remove the bulb socket by turning it
counterclockwise.
4) Replace the bulb (2).
5) Reinstall the removed parts.
