FRONT FORK AND STEERING 18-25
• Set the “ ” mark on the handlebar holder 8 forward.
• Align the matching mark B on the handlebars with the match-
ing surface of the handlebar holder 8.
• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts 9 to the specified torque.
NOTE:
When tightening the handlebar clamp bolts 9, first tighten the
bolts C.
Handlebar clamp bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lbf-ft)
• Tighten the handlebar holder set nuts 0 to the specified
torque.
Handlebar holder set nut: 44 N·m (4.4 kgf-m, 32.0 lbf-ft)
• Apply grease to the throttle cable and their hole.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Align the matching mark D on the handlebars with the match-
ing surface of throttle holder.
• Tighten the screws A securely.
NOTE:
Make sure that the cut-line E of collar B to lower side.
