Select the serial coding standard
From the Trig menu, select Serial Pattern Setup.
To use
In the Coding drop-down list, select the c oding standard for the trigger.
Behavior
The standa
rd sets the bit rate. Changing the bit rate causes the standard to change to your own customized
standard.

Trig menu, Select Serial Pattern Setup.
To use
In the Format drop-down list, select the data format, Binary or Hex, depending on how you want
to view the data.
Select the serial data source
From the Trig menu, select Serial Pattern Setup.
To use
In the Data Src drop-down list, select the data source for the trigger.
Behavior
Depending on which clock source you use, the Clk Polarity and Clk Level controls appear. Use these
controls to set the clock polarity and clock level threshold.
