Front Roller
Disassembly and Assembly
See Figure 10-46.

1. Measure and record the distance between the face of
the locking collar and the bearing face (4).
2. Loosen locking collar (2) and remove bearing
assembly (1).
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to remove the other bearing
assembly.
Assembly Notes
• Assemble roller (3) by reversing the order of
disassembly.
• Install the bearing assemblies to the same distance
as noted during removal.
• Apply NLGI Grade 2 grease to grease fitting (5) after
assembly is completed.
