Condition Probable Cause Remedy
Reel drive does not engage when
Operator Presence Control (OPC) bail is
engaged.
Throttle/clutch cable is not adjusted
properly.
Adjust throttle/clutch cable. (See “Throttle
and Clutch Control Cable Adjustment”
on page 3-4.)
Reel clutch is not engaged. Engage reel clutch. (Refer to Operator’s
Manual.)
Traction/reel drive clutch faulty. Replace clutch. (See “Engine and Clutch”
on page 3-7.)
PTO-to-reel chain damaged. Replace PTO-to-reel chain. (See “Drive
Chains” on page 5-9.)
Reel clutch damaged. Replace reel clutch. (See “Traction/Reel
Drive Clutch” on page 5-5.)
