1. Performs a full power-up reboot sequence.
Query Instrument
1. Updates the display with the current status of the instrument.
Update Settings
1. Updates the instrument with the displayed settings.
Calibrate
1. Performs a complete wavelength calibration of the instrument.
2. Requires the use of a Didymium Filter.
3. Must be performed whenever the ROM is changed, or Flashed on the Main board.
4. Must be performed whenever anything (except the lamp) in the optical path is adjusted, cleaned,
repaired or replaced.
