The purpose of this TBN is to alert to the availablilty of a new power supply board for the entire
GENESYS 10 Family which includes all of the models listed above. Below are details to help
clarify which kit is needed based on which power supply is currently installed and the particular
model. Note that to use the new power supply, new AC and DC power cables are required. The
pinouts for these two cables ARE different for the new XPiQ power supplies as compared to the
TPI and Shindengen supplies.
Part Numbers to Update the Power Supply:
701-130600 – XPiQ power supply with AC and DC power supply cables for GENESYS 10 / BioMate 3
(to update a TPI supply to the new XP supply) (includes one power supply, one DC
cable, one AC cable, and one instruction sheet)
701-130700 - XPiQ power supply with AC and DC power supply cables and Bracket for GENESYS 10 /
BioMate 3 (to update a Shindengen supply to the new XP supply) (includes one XP
power supply, one AC cable, one DC cable, one instruction sheet, one Power Supply
Bracket, one power entry module, two fuses, one ground label, two washers, two nuts,
and four screws).
701-131600 - XPiQ power supply with AC and DC power supply cables for GENESYS 10 Scanning /
GEYESYS 6 (to update a TPI supply to the new XP supply) (includes one power supply,
one DC cable, one AC cable, and one instruction sheet)
