Set the number of minutes for the standby function. 0 is used to disable the
standby function:

Immediate Commands: Special control-keys that are executed immediately

This command will reset the instruments serial port. All characters in both the
input and output queues will be lost

Upon receipt of this character all output from the instrument will be suspended

Upon receipt of this character serial output from the instrument will resume
^R
Reset the instrument. The same as a power-on reset, except hardware that
depends on the hardware RESET line may not be restarted
