1) Open the top cover. (Refer to Section 3.1.)
2) Open the print head block.
3) Make sure that the media guide is closed. (In this condition, you can easily remove the pinch roller
holder cover on the left side of the feed roller.)
4) Push the hook through the rectangle hole with a fine tool to open the pinch roller holder cover.
