A/D converter Negative over (-3.9mV/V or less between ±SIGs)
A/D converter Positive over (+3.9mV/V or more between ±SIGs)
Display over range When below -19999 (indicated value = -19999)
Display over range When over 99999 (indicated value = 99999)
OVERLOAD error
When sensor input value exceeds alarm HI limit or alarm LO limit
(However, overload and so on are not monitored against sensor input values
when used in analog peak hold (peak hold selection = 1: analog, hold mode = 1:
peak hold), but is monitored against the indicated values (hold values during
hold).)
