Lead assignment on the connector
Lead no. 6 to 8 on the connector are not
used during the installation of the
reader with internal control unit and
must not be wired.
Connect the periphery to the relay outputs of the
reader.

15. The following options are available for connecting the
relay outputs to the reader:
n Relay connection NO = normal open, working side
n Relay connection NC = normal closed, idle side
n Relay connection COM = common, centre connec-
tion
When the relay is released, COM is switched to NO.
When the relay is blocked, COM is switched to NC.
16. Connect with the power supply.
17. Activate the power supply.

If the power supply is wired correctly, the left LED
of the reader flashes yellow.
