Print-Quality Troubleshooting
Ghosting (1)
There is ghosting at 75.3 mm intervals on the whole print. Charge voltage from the
Power Supply Board to the Print Cartridge is not available due to damaged or dirty
contacts or a failed Power Supply.
Initial Actions
• Check the connection between the Power Supply Board and Print Cartridge.
• Check the Print Cartridge and Transfer Roller life.
