Error Messages and Codes
Front Cover Errors
Error Indicated When Front Cover is Closed
The Status LED indicates an error even though the Front Cover is closed.
Initial Actions
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, refer to the following procedure.

1 Check that the Front Cover open
actuator (PL6,0.55) is securely
affixed to the frame.
Is the actuator firmly attached?
Go to step 2. Tighten the
actuator screw.
If the problem
persists, go to
step 2.
2 Inspect the Front Cover for damage.
Is the Front Cover damaged?
Replace the
Front Cover.
If the problem
persists, go to
step 3.
