A.910:
Overload (warning
before an A.710 or
A.720 alarm occurs)
The wiring is not
correct or there is
a faulty contact in
the motor or
encoder wiring.
Check the wiring.
Make sure that the Servo-
motor and encoder are cor-
rectly wired.
Operation was
performed that
exceeded the
overload protec-
tion characteris-
tics.
Check the motor over-
load characteristics and
Run command.
Reconsider the load and
operating conditions. Or,
increase the motor capacity.
An excessive load
was applied
during operation
because the Ser-
vomotor was not
driven because of
mechanical prob-
lems.
Check the operation
reference and motor
speed.
Remove the mechanical
problem.
The overload
warning level
(Pn52B) is not
suitable.
Check that the overload
warning level (Pn52B) is
suitable.
Set a suitable overload
warning level (Pn52B).
*
A failure occurred
in the SERVO-
PACK.
The SERVOPACK may be
faulty. Replace the SERVO-
PACK.
A.911:
Vibration
Abnormal vibra-
tion was detected
during motor
operation.
Check for abnormal
motor noise, and check
the speed and torque
waveforms during oper-
ation.
Reduce the motor speed.
Or, reduce the servo gain
with custom tuning.
*
The setting of
Pn103 (Moment of
Inertia Ratio) is
greater than the
actual moment of
inertia or was
greatly changed.
Check the moment of
inertia ratio or mass
ratio.
Set Pn103 (Moment of Iner-
tia Ratio) to an appropriate
value.
*
The vibration
detection level
(Pn312 or Pn384)
is not suitable.
Check that the vibration
detection level (Pn312
or Pn384) is suitable.
Set a suitable vibration
detection level (Pn312 or
Pn384).
