A command that
cannot be exe-
cuted in the cur-
rent phase was
sent.
Send the command after
the command conditions
are satisfied.
A.97b:
Data Clamp Out of
Range
The set com-
mand data was
clamped to the
minimum or maxi-
mum value of the
setting range.
Set the command data
within the setting ranges.

Synchronized Stop-
ping Occurred
An alarm occurred
on a single axis.
Check the alarm that
occurred on the single
axis.
Troubleshoot the problem
according to the correction
methods for the alarm that
occurred on the single axis.
A.9A0:
Overtravel (Over-
travel status was
detected.)
Overtravel was
detected while the
servo was ON.
Check the status of the
overtravel signals on
the input signal monitor.
Even if an overtravel signal
is not shown by the input
signal monitor, momentary
overtravel may have been
detected. Take the following
precautions.
Do not specify move-
ments that would cause
overtravel from the host
controller.
Check the wiring of the
overtravel signals.
Implement countermea-
sures against noise.
