Three freely movable
axes
Probing of a small bore with a conical probe.
1 Probing in z axis; movable axis.
2 The y and x axes are freely movable; the cone is automatically centered in
the bore.
Temperature-sensing probe
Notes on temperature measurement
The temperature measurement should be carried out on thick-
walled workpieces.
The workpiece surface must be clean and flat.
The surface to be probed should be larger than the contact surface
of the temperature sensor.
Measuring force: 1N.
The workpiece should be probed in the axis direction of the tem-
perature-sensing probe.
The max. angle between the axis direction and the normals of the
workpiece surface must no exceed ±5°. Perfect measuring opera-
tion cannot be guaranteed with larger angles.
