Checking the firmware version and serial number
1 Connect a PC. See Troubleshooting the unit by connecting a PC on page 408.
2 Connect to the Dashboard of the 4G gateway.
3 On the Dashboard, the field Firmware displays the firmware version. The
minimal firmware required is FW 6.11.
