Obtaining Technical Assistance
Technical Assistance is obtained by calling the CELL-DYN Hematology Customer
Support Center. It is important to provide the Customer Support Specialist with a
clear and detailed description of the problem. When assistance is needed, please be
prepared to provide the following information for the Customer Support Specialist:
1. Instrument Model Name
2. Serial number of the Analyzer
3. Description of the problem
4. The lot numbers and expiration dates of the CELL-DYN reagents and
controls currently in use
5. Examples of sufficient data to facilitate the discussion
