Loader Fault 47: tube stuck in position 3/BL (Continued)
2. The tube position sensor is dirty. 2. Remove the Loader Cover. Using a
DYN-A-WIPE pad or lint-free
wipe moistened with lens cleaner or
deionized water, clean the tube
sensors (the tube position 3 sensor
is on the right). Dry the sensors
thoroughly. Then, reinstall the
Loader Cover, reset the racks, and
reset the Sample Loader.
NOTE: For the location of the tube
sensors, refer to the figure
in Section 13: Sample
Loader; Subsection:
Processing Stations.
3. A failure of the sensor or related
electronics has occurred.
3. If the message appears repeatedly,
contact your Abbott Hematology
Customer Support Center.
